Knowledge Architects Solutions Framework™ | Process :-

No single process approach works for all organizations or project be it Waterfall model, Spiral model or Extreme Programming. Knowledge Architects Solutions Framework is a compilation of our best practices based on experience, working with our customers on what leads to successful execution of projects on solving business problems using technology in the new economy.

All projects have risks that can hinder the critical success factors of the project. To minimize the impact of these risks, they must be identified as early as possible so that mitigating plans can be developed. Knowledge Architects works with the customers to ensure that schedule risks, resource risks, and scope risks are identified early and addressed to ensure successful completion of the project "on time ... in budget". Following are the various phases of the KASF:

Agree: Achieving clarity and agreement on the scope of work, timelines, methodology and deliverables is the focus of both teams. A document driven process.	Architect: Build the application architecture, which includes data models, business logic, functional specs & deployment strategy. Key areas of security, scalability, availability & extensibility are designed.
Develop: Develop & code the application based on the inputs of the earlier stage. Reusability & documentation are the key ingredients used for quality delivery.	Quality Check: Testing the modules developed using test cases & test data on the target platform for ensuring correctness of solution. Unit testing ensures quality of integration & individual components.
Release: Successful release of application to client including final deployment and handover with admin modules, documentation and training necessary for self-management.	Extend: Identify areas where the solution can be extended for additional business benefits and repeat the cycle of KASF success.
